South Carolina:

Approved for several South Carolina Counties including Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton and Hampton. Help can include money for major home repairs; rent if you’ve had stay somewhere else, low-cost loans to cover uninsured losses and other programs to help you recover. If you have not already done so, register online at DisasterAssistance.gov or call 1-800-621-FEMA (3362). Individual Assistance has not yet been approved for Georgia.

Georgia (Chatham County)

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has granted Chatham County a declaration of Individual Assistance. With this declaration comes assistance to small businesses as well. Individual Assistance aids homeowners without insurance and opens programs to insured owners. FEMA will set up disaster relief centers throughout Chatham County. Please keep in mind, this will take several days or more to establish support services. Please be patient and information will be distributed when the resources are ready to support.
